K Line wish to make the following urgent trade announcements:

Revision to Southbound Bunker Surcharge ex South East Asia:

K Line will increase their baf from Singapore / Thailand / Malaysia / Indonesia / Phillipines / Vietnam to Australia. Effective 1st October 2009 the new baf will be:

USD$ 515/20' USD$1030/40'

Southbound rate restoration China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea to Australia:

Effective 19th October 2009, K Line will implement a rate restoration program from above countries to Australia.

The increase will be:

USD$250/20' USD$500/40'

Southbound rate restoration from Japan to Australia:

Effective 1st October 2009, K Line will implement a rate restoration program from Japan to Australia. The increase will be:

USD$300/20' US$600/40'
