Hazardous Documentation Requirements

Dear Loch M. Client;

Happy New Year and Welcome Back!

Just a brief reminder moving into a safe and prosperous 2014:

In order for Loch M. Fraser to safely comply all Company, legislative and statutory requirements, all hazardous containers require two documents PRIOR to Loch M. being able to handle and/or process:

• Hazardous Declaration (MO41)
• A copy of the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) corresponding with all hazardous products inside each container

This applies to both Import and Export Containers. 

Please assist us in providing compliant, legal and efficient transport at all times by ensuring you and your employees are aware of these requirements moving forward.  If you have any questions or require further documentation, please contact your Customer Service Representative directly.
