All dehire notifications must be received by email only and address to Marilyn or Danny or

Lochm Fraser require up to 3 working days after the date advised to return empty containers.

Containers advised Monday pending circumstances out of our control we commit to have the container returned back by not later than following Thursday.


Customers requiring urgent or same day collection due to insufficient space onsite to cater containers imported will be required to pay a premium of $300.00 per container plus levy and GST.

This service is subject to truck availability at the time of request.

Also please note this fee is only chargable if we are stretched and unable to assist your clients needs on a normal day, the fee is to assist us in demurrage charges we may incur due to having to neglect other customers containers which in result incur demurrage charges that we will be liable for.

Customers requiring sideloaders to wait onsite whilst unloading will attract a minimum charge of $100.00 per container plus levy and GST this includes a 45min unloading allowance.  Detention applicable after this time charged in 15min increments.

Loch M Fraser always make the effort to collect empty containers notified in a prompt manner however situations with the wharf and dehire depots may reflect on our performance hence the above policy has been put in place to assist us when the time is needed.
